Working principle
The low-temperature pulverizer system uses liquid nitrogen as the cold source. The crushed material is cooled to achieve a brittle and easily crushed state at low temperatures, and then enters the mechanical pulverizer chamber for high-speed rotation through an impeller, Under the combined effects of repeated impacts, collisions, shearing, and friction between materials and blades, toothed discs, and other materials, the crushing effect is achieved. The crushed materials are classified and collected by an airflow screen classifier. Materials that do not meet the fineness requirements are returned to the silo for further crushing. Most of the cold air is returned to the silo for recycling
